The 2021 Sleeping Lady Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, with 2% Cabernet Franc in the blend, is deep garnet-purple in color. It springs from the glass with vibrant notes of black cherries, crushed redcurrants, and warm cassis giving way to an undercurrent of roses, charcoal, and wild sage. The medium to full-bodied palate is tightly knit with black berry and mineral layers, supported by fine-grained tannins and bold freshness, finishing long and savory. (LPB)
