Fromm 2021 Riesling Spatlese

Much like the 2020, this is another perfectly balanced sweet/sour mouth watering off dry Riesling, and is a credit to the team at FROMM in making such a consistent wine year on year. Once again you can expect nice apple and pears with lime curd and lemon marmalade. There is also a nice mineral feel to the wine underneath all the wonderful flavours. A nice refreshing and lingering finish always invites you back for more. As always, fully organic (certified), and vegan friendly as well.
