Introducing Domaine Watson's Irancy, a full-bodied, complex red wine that embodies the essence of the Irancy region. Our Irancy is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the rolling hills of South-East Irancy. The grapes are carefully pruned, tended to and harvested at just the right few days to ensure optimal flavour and character.

The wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels to give it a rich and complex bouquet of blackcurrant with more than a hint of spice. The result is a wine that is balanced with well-integrated tannins, a powerful structure and a long finish.

Irancy is the perfect wine to enjoy with hearty meals such as red meats, stews, game, and mature cheese. It's also a great wine to enjoy on its own as a sipper.
