Roy Estate 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon

Roy Estate's Soda Canyon vineyard contains a bit of Petit Verdot, and the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a ripe, approachable wine with dark chocolate, loamy earth and black cherry notes, plus hints of vanilla and baking spices from spending 28 months in 100% new French oak (Taransaud). Full-bodied, soft and lush, it then finishes with just enough balancing acidity.
